A network printer can be accessed from many different computers at the same time, through shared WiFi connection. There are many ways to install a Printer but it all depends on the capabilities of the printer and the types of connected computers. First of all, connect your Printer with internet connection by using built in menu display.
- Open Start menu and go to Control Panel and Click on “Devices and Printers”
- Click on Add a printer at the top of the window and Select Add a network.
- Choose your network printer from the list and click Next.
- Install the necessary Drivers if required. You can also find and install the correct drivers for most printers or window can update directly.
