How to make Google Docs Powerpoint Presentation?

Making Powerpoint Presentation without using Powerpoint Presentation software is so easy now:

  • Log into Gmail account and go to “Create” Button and choose “Presentation” from the list of choices.
  • By clicking on “Untitled presentation field” select a theme and name of your presentation.
  • You can add more slides just by clicking on New Slide option. Choose the layout according to your choice from Layout tab.
  • Click on Insert option to add text, images, shapes, tables, and videos to personalize your presentation.
  • Open Transition tab and add some transition there.
  • Click on Present option to view your Presentation.
  • Go to File tab to choose Share button to share it with others.
  • Open File tab again and clicK on Download to save your presentation in PC.
